Loved previous version. New version lost my settings and wants to locate a new library, but cant find anything. Really?!?!

Pros Saves multiple accounts so I can easily go between family check out status without looking up card numbers. Cons It wont retrieve fee info from library anymore. What a disappointment! I hope this app gets updated soon so it works.

This version only offers Holds - not an option to save a title to Bookshelf / Wishlist. And all my previous Bookshelves are Gone! I wish I never upgraded. Im really unhappy.

This app works beautifully with our library system, and allows me to utilize it so efficiently! My only request is that they fix the delete function in the book list, as it seems that the last update took away that option. Also, it no longer has a reminder for books that are due soon. One of the changes I love though is that we can see our Overdrive hold and checkout list via Bookmyne now. Thank you for creating an app for busy people who love the library to manage our accounts and find what we need in the most efficient way possible!

Used to Love this app. Occasional connectivity problems, that were related to my library. I do like that I can still manage accounts for multiple family members and multiple libraries for a senior snowbird. Im sorry I upgraded. Speed improved but functions I loved are gone - bookshelves/lists. No longer have ability to email book description and availability. Also cant tell whether book is audio, LP, ebook, CD or book without drilling down from list. My library doesnt allow holds on books that have book available so bookshelves and email were a way for me to track books. Font type too narrow, and contrast low. Very difficult to read. Book titles used to display in bold font.

The app is non-functional since recent update. You want us to enter a barcode? What?? I never had to enter a password before. Please fix it. It was perfect before the last update!

BookMyne looks better now but is barely functional. I wish I hadnt updated. The main page no longer shows how many notifications you have on your account, it always says "Sign In" under "My Account", sometimes you do have to sign in all over again with your library card number and PIN and sometimes you dont, and there are all kinds of other new problems. Occasionally when I open the app, I get a weird error message on a blank white screen and have to wait five seconds or so for the BookMyne menu screen to open.

The latest update deleted my account information. Im thinking of deleting the site from my phone to free up space for something better.

This update moved backward instead of forward. It is more difficult to work through the screens instead of better. It really needs some updating. If I could access my library any other way, I would do it!

Cannot connect to my libraries anymore. I loved this app, please fix.

Horrible...the new update makes this app completely unusable! It freezes. You cant use the "home" or "back" button so Im constantly getting "stuck" between screens & have to restart my device just to get back into the app. And often Im greeted with nothing more than a white screen. Im sure Id find more problems if I were actually able to get it to work, especially since Im reading other negative reviews that are mainly related to this update...so I know its not just me! Please either fix it or go back to the old format. Ive been using (and appreciating) this app for years to track my very frequent library activity, and I never EVER had trouble with it until now. Ugh!

This update now makes it impossible for me to search for a book in the branches of my library system. I can now only search my home library. If I want to see, if that book is at another branch, I would have to change libraries, and search for it there. Sure, the renew books function actually works like its supposed to now, but I would rather have to renew each book individually than have to change libraries to search for a book.

The new update rendered it unusable. Now my login no longer works and I cant use it at all, after happily using the old version for years with no problems. This horrible update needs to be rolled back.

Im sorry I updated. I havent actually had any real problems using the app, which is why it got two stars, but although its prettier, it is all but illegible to read. The font needs to be darker and a bit larger, especially for older users--and yes, there are older users!

This was a perfect app. Now it never works and you cant search for anything. Always says the library doesnt have it even when I have it checked out! Please fix this! I work in a library and tell patrons about it all the time. Now I dont feel I can!

I really loved this app. I could look up any book and see if it were available at any one of my cities five libraries. Then the awful update ruined it. Now to watch for a book I have to switch out of each library and search individually. I dont have time for that. I will be deleting this app and only using my cities library website. Why change what works? Im so disappointed.

This update was unnecessary. The process of searching for a book by name is impossible. It just says that there is a connection error. I am extremely dissatisfied with this!!

Do not update! After updating this app, I am no longer able to access my account! Ive tried numerous times but each time I try to enter my library barcode, Im told "not able to login." FRUSTRATING! Dont update!! It used to be a wonderful app but now is totally useless!
