I cannot place holds!!!!!!!!! Every other location in the system is listed EXCEPT the main branch, which is my location. Since that location, just the one that the whole freaking countys section is named after, isnt on the list, the hold feature is nullified and therefore the app is useless. I can renew things I already have and search items I cannot place on hold. So thanks for that. This app is garbage.

Lost most nice search filters. Also the search function bombs most generally. Please library get rid of this crappy app.

When I look at other library apps, this one is dull. Should have kept the other app, it had better features and appearance, recommendations for reading, library news, very disappointed. Need imput and update.

My library switched from an app that I could use to check out (so I didnt have to carry my library card) to this, which seems to do nothing but tell me what I already know, such as my own name and which books I have checked out. I have to start carrying my card again now. What a disappointment!

Whos great idea was it to get rid of the old clevnet app and go to this one? It was perfect. What a waist of library funds. Filter feature is gone among other features.

Worked before now its unable to log in. Emailed support and never heard back from them. I give up.

I hope my library isnt paying taxpayers money for this!

This is absolutely the most pathetic app I have ever seen! There is no way to search for large print, by year, or even format. The load time is also super slow. It also only shows about 10 search results at a time, then when swiping down to get next results, its super slow again. Im deleting this app, as it is totally worthless!!!!

This app is terrible!!

This app has almost zero functionality. It cannot manage to do the things it is supposedly designed to do. My library systems former app was excellent, and I used it literally every day. Since the switch to Book Myne I never use it. Because I dont have desktop access most days due to work this has also meant a decline in my library usage in general. Everyone resonsible for the release of this app in its current form should be ashamed of themselves for an avoidable but no less utter failure of every part of their professional lives.

Original review below this one. I need the list feature back. Its great that you can search books and put them on hold, but I want to search books and add them to a list and then go find them on the shelf so I can see what else the author wrote. I want my kids to be able to find their favorite authors on the actual bookshelves and not live their library entirely through an app. Bring back lists and recommendations and Ill bring back 5 stars. Saves me from having to go dig out my library card every time I want to renew books on line. Gives warning flags when things are due. One comment, they should explain that when you cant select a book to renew it, it means you are out of renewals for that book, not that the app is malfunctioning.

Im not sure why my library switched to this app, but its completely unusable. Before I could browse through newly released and currently available ebooks and even recommendations right from the home page. This apps plain design doesnt offer that or a filter to search through just the ebooks. Count your lucky stars if your library uses a different app than BookMyne. I guess Ill just stop by my local library from now on.

This app is helpful. The updated version is okay, but the ability to delete the items in your wish list does not exist. Older versions had a delete option. Hope it will come back.

I was able to manage my account without having to call the library and be put on hold. It was easy to just renew and go. I am no longer able to renew things myselfsince they updated it. Bring back this feature and i will give ur 5 stars back!!!!!!!!

Cant search by media type. Awkward interface. There is probably no alternative to this in your library system. There is none in mine.

This app doesnt work well. Sometimes it doesnt work for several days. This is the only app that will do this, so I still have to use it.

Features are non-existent. Feels like a rough draft not a finished product.

I dont know why my library switched to this terrible app, but Im very upset. Theres no filters on search. I cant select ebook only. And the catalog is different than the one on my desktop. Also, I have yet to be able to check anything out. It keeps crashing on me. Seriously, this is ridiculous.

This app makes it almost impossible to find the books that I want! I should not need a semicolon following a book title in order to find it! Countless times after my title search returned no results I was able to find the book I wanted when searching by author. I dont always know how the authors name--or how to spell it! This app also needs better filters. When I am searching for a childrens book, I shouldnt have to scroll through hundreds of titles for adults.
