Ever since upgrading to new version, the app cannot log into my library. Whats up with that?

The old version didnt look like anything special, but it worked the majority of the time. Since the new update, they changed the whole look of the app and now it barely works at all. IF you can log in (which is a big IF most days), the search field doesnt pull half of the books and tells you that everything is unavailable which isnt true at all. The most you can do, on a good day, is put things on hold, and view your account, but only if it lets you log in.

Strongly prefer the old version, this version 4 is awful

Dont know why others are having problems. With Toronto Public Library. Definitely a keeper. Great for showing what Ive checked out, due dates, doing renewals, and how many renewals left. Also for working with items on order. Can search for items, order them no problem. Tells which items are waiting for you and for how long theyre available. If they are not in the right place, check out the items there and the app refreshes super quick to tell what is missing and should be there. Except for seeing new items, I use it more than the computer based access. Dont know how it could be better.

It seems like it would be a great app but its not working at all. It just keeps loading forever and theres a button that says cancel update, but I cant. I tried to go to the app support site but it wasnt working either. :(

This app has worked well for me until today. I was asked to log in again for the first time since I downloaded the app months ago. I got an error message "undefined" after entering correct userid and password. PLEASE fix this app!

This app uses the same login and password as the library, my info works at the library website but not in the app. Sometimes it wants me to reenter everything including the acct number, sometimes just the pin. Want reliable access, cant tell when the library is down for service or the app is broken without failing here and then trying the website. Not worked in the app this week.

The update keeps logging me out. Whats the point of having this on my phone when I have to go find my library card and log in every time? Please update.

I loved this app. It was a huge improvement from the previous one the library used. However, it has stopped working. I cant even log on. When I put in my password, it says its invalid. Based on other reviews Im guessing this happened because of the updates. Please fix this soon!!

I LOVED Bookmyne until this update. Now it wont even let me sign in. Since I cant access my account, the app is useless :(

The previous version was much better this new one is horrible very slow it freezes the other app wasnt as slow

Seemed like a handy interface to my library account. Then it started asking me for my 14-digit card number. Easier to log in via browser with auto password entry. You need to allow users to stay logged in, or support iOS password handling. Unusable as is.

Used to be reliable, responsive, quick to use. Now it times out frequently, forgets my sign in PIN. It doesnt remember my library for book holds. Data doesnt fit on one screen anymore and I need to scroll around. And it didnt fix the annoying way it autocorrects author names when it is very unlikely that last names will be in the autocorrect dictionary.

I have reviewed and rated this App several times. Bottom line, when it works, its a good App. However, it is unreliable. For the past week, the App refused to connect to the library. When the App is launched, it indicates my session has timed out, and to log in. However with each attempted log in with a correct password, I get an error of "undefined." I have complained of this in the past, but this is the third reoccurrence. I hope this can be fixed, as it is a useful App.

The update has caused the app to no longer let me log in. Worthless app now. Please fix!

I cant even use the app anymore and I loved the first edition. Very disappointed!

Horrible now since the most recent update! It doesnt keep my library card number in the app so Ive had to memorize all three of our families library card numbers.

The latest update has rendered this app completely useless. Please fix this!

Error start page than blank white screen

Im not sure why my library changed the app they currently had that worked very well to this one. Its navigating is not user friendly, its plain and sterile in appearance and finding the selections I need are cumbersome and tedious. Apparently, I have no other option but this app since the other app is no longer available. My old app had my library barcode so I could check out items with my phone at my library. not anymore!!! Worst app ever. I cant see the images of the book covers so that makes it harder to remember which title is which as I check out numerous books at a time. Hate it. Calling my library ASAP and letting them know I am not a happy patron.
